Crispy Burger Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 small onion, diced finely
02 - 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 1 lb of ground beef

→ Seasonings and Sauce

04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
09 - 1 tablespoon mustard
10 - 1/2 cup ketchup

→ Assembly

11 - Cooking oil for frying
12 - 1 tablespoon oil for brushing
13 - 10-12 egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the beef over medium heat, then drain. Mix in the onions and sauces, letting it cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
02 - Wait for the filling to cool a little, then toss in the cheese and stir well.
03 - Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of the filling into a wrapper. Tuck in the sides, roll it up tightly, and seal the edges using water.
04 - Fry in deep oil for 3-4 minutes or use an air fryer at 375°F for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
