Fluffy Yogurt Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Basic Ingredients

01 - 3 plain yogurts (375g)
02 - 2 large eggs
03 - 150g of sugar
04 - 180g of all-purpose flour
05 - 100ml of vegetable oil
06 - 1 packet of baking powder (11g)
07 - Optional: 1 packet of vanilla sugar

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Grated zest of an orange or lemon
09 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
10 - 100g of fresh fruit of your choice
11 - 50g of chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 180°C (about 350°F). Grease and dust your pan with flour, or line it with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk the eggs and sugar in a mixing bowl until the mix turns light and soft.
03 - Stir in the plain yogurts along with your chosen flavors, like vanilla or citrus zest. Mix thoroughly.
04 - Sift flour and baking powder over the mixture. Gently fold in with a spatula until the batter is smooth.
05 - Slowly pour in the vegetable oil and mix just enough to combine. Add your preferred toppings if you'd like.
06 - Transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes, and check doneness by poking the middle with a knife tip.

01 - You can use the yogurt container as a measuring cup for convenience.
02 - Store the cake in an airtight container, and it'll stay fresh up to 3 days.
