Chicken creamy tomato (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 chicken breasts.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 medium onion, finely chopped.
04 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 400 grams canned crushed tomatoes.
06 - 200 ml thick heavy cream.
07 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
08 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs.
09 - Salt.
10 - Pepper.
11 - Fresh basil.
12 - Grated Parmesan cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
02 - Heat the olive oil and cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside.
03 - Sauté the onion for 3-4 minutes, then stir in garlic and cook for another minute.
04 - Pour in the tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes to thicken.
05 - Mix in the heavy cream and cook another 5 minutes until creamy.
06 - Place the chicken back into the sauce and simmer for 5 more minutes.
07 - Top with fresh basil and Parmesan before serving.
