Slice the lemons lengthwise into halves. Squeeze the juice using a juicer. If you're working with a hand-press, make sure to press into a bowl to catch every drop.

Pour the lemon juice and condensed milk into a blender. Blend quickly until they come together smoothly. If it looks a little separated at first, keep blending until the texture is creamy. You could also try using an immersion blender for this.

Pour in 700 ml of cold water and stir or blend for a second till it's all mixed evenly.

Put the creamy lemonade in the fridge until it's time to enjoy. Put some ice cubes or crushed ice into a glass, pour your lemonade on top, and serve right away. You can add lemon slices on the side if you like.
