Creamy Garlic Sauce (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
02 - 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
07 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Place a small pan on medium heat, letting the butter melt completely until it's liquid.
02 - Toss in the minced garlic and stir around for about 30 seconds. It should smell great and soften a bit, but don't let it darken.
03 - Add flour, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir nonstop until it forms a thick paste. Keep going for 1–2 minutes to cook off the raw flour flavor.
04 - Slowly stream in the milk while stirring all the time. Keep mixing until the sauce starts to thicken and turns silky smooth.
05 - Take the pan off the heat. Mix in the Parmesan cheese and keep stirring till it's fully blended and the sauce is creamy.
06 - Use the sauce immediately to top your pizza, or let it cool before sealing it in a container to refrigerate.
