Fish sauce créole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 red snapper fillets.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
04 - 1/2 cup diced onions.
05 - 1/2 cup diced peppers.
06 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes.
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
08 - 1 cup heavy cream.
09 - 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning.
10 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
11 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Season the fillets, then cook them in olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side to brown.
02 - In the same pan, sauté the garlic, peppers, and onions until softened.
03 - Mix in tomatoes, broth, seasoning, and cream. Let it simmer 5–7 minutes until thickened a bit.
04 - Add the fillets back into the sauce, warm them up, and sprinkle parsley on top.

01 - Pair with some steamed veggies or rice.
02 - The sauce should have a creamy and slightly thick texture.
