Chicken with Cream Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Seasonings

01 - 1 tsp garlic powder
02 - 1 tsp onion powder
03 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
04 - Salt and pepper
05 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping

→ Dairy Products

06 - 8 oz cream cheese
07 - ½ cup grated Parmesan

→ Liquids & Oils

08 - 1 cup chicken broth
09 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ Meat

10 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
02 - Get a pan nice and hot, add some olive oil, and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Set it aside afterward.
03 - Using that same pan, combine the cream cheese and the chicken broth. Keep stirring until you’ve got a smooth sauce. Add the Parmesan and season as needed.
04 - Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the sauce over the top, and bake in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.

01 - You can throw in some veggies to make it heartier
02 - Using light cream cheese makes the sauce less heavy
