Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.

Get a pan nice and hot, add some olive oil, and cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes on both sides. Set it aside afterward.

Using that same pan, combine the cream cheese and the chicken broth. Keep stirring until you’ve got a smooth sauce. Add the Parmesan and season as needed.

Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, pour the sauce over the top, and bake in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes. Make sure the chicken reaches an internal temp of 165°F.
