Set your oven to the grill setting and crank it up to 250°C (its highest heat).

Follow the packet’s cooking directions for the polenta, tossing in a pinch of salt.

Spread out half the polenta in a baking dish, then scatter about 120g of gorgonzola on top.

Cover with the rest of the polenta, then sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola and dot chunks of butter over it.

Pop the dish in the oven and bake until everything’s got a lovely golden crust.

Serve nice and hot with some leafy greens on the side.
