Creamy baked polenta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150g of gorgonzola cheese.
02 - 125g of polenta (half a packet).
03 - Water (check packet directions for amount).
04 - A few pieces of butter.
05 - Pinch of salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to the grill setting and crank it up to 250°C (its highest heat).
02 - Follow the packet’s cooking directions for the polenta, tossing in a pinch of salt.
03 - Spread out half the polenta in a baking dish, then scatter about 120g of gorgonzola on top.
04 - Cover with the rest of the polenta, then sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola and dot chunks of butter over it.
05 - Pop the dish in the oven and bake until everything’s got a lovely golden crust.
06 - Serve nice and hot with some leafy greens on the side.

# Notes:

01 - Serve right away while the cheese is soft and melty.
