Creamy Crab Quesadillas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup of sour cream.
02 - 1 1/2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.
04 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped scallions.
05 - 225 g (about 8 oz) of cooked and minced crab meat.
06 - 2 tablespoons of diced green chilies.
07 - 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
08 - 10 large flour tortillas (8-inch size).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) to preheat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheese, mayo, sour cream, crab meat, scallions, and green chilies. Stir until blended evenly.
03 - Lay the tortillas out on a baking sheet. Spread about 1/4 cup of your filling evenly over one side of each tortilla. Fold them over to seal the filling inside.
04 - Use the melted butter to lightly brush the outside edges of the folded tortillas.
05 - Move the baking sheet into the oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the quesadillas are nicely golden and heated through.
06 - Take the quesadillas out of the oven. Slice them into smaller wedges and serve right away.

01 - You can make the filling ahead of time and keep it in the fridge for up to one day.
