Herb-Crusted Cod in Airfryer (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Fish

01 - 2 pieces of cod fillet (around 150g each)

→ For the Marinade

02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - Juice of 1 lemon
04 - 1 clove of garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon of paprika
06 - Pinch of salt and pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon of mixed herbs (like Provence blend)

→ For Garnishing

08 - Fresh parsley, finely chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Provence herbs in a bowl.
02 - Brush the cod pieces with the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
03 - Set your Airfryer to 180°C (350°F) and let it preheat for 5 minutes.
04 - Place the cod fillets into the Airfryer basket and cook for 10 minutes until they’re golden and fully cooked.
05 - Sprinkle the cod with chopped parsley and serve while still hot.

# Notes:

01 - It’s best enjoyed right after cooking for the freshest taste.
02 - Thicker pieces of fish may need more time to cook.
