Citrus Ginger Turmeric (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - Whole lemons (1)
02 - Whole oranges (2)

→ Roots & Veggies

03 - 2 carrots, or substitute ¼ cup of carrot juice
04 - 2-inch turmeric root, peeled and diced
05 - Ginger root, 3 inches long, peeled and chopped

→ Sweeteners

06 - 1 tablespoon of honey (swap for agave if vegan)
07 - A tablespoon of warm water

# Instructions:

01 - Chop up the carrots, peel the citrus fruits, and cut the turmeric and ginger into small pieces.
02 - Extract juice by using a juicer, blender, or squeeze by hand.
03 - Stir honey and warm water into the juice until it's all mixed.
04 - If needed, strain the juice, then refrigerate it. Serve chilled in ½-cup servings.

# Notes:

01 - You can juice this using a blender, manual juicer, or an electric juicer.
02 - Stays fresh up to three days in the fridge.
03 - Ground spices—⅛ tsp each—can replace fresh turmeric and ginger.
04 - Shake or stir before serving to mix it back up.
