Line a 9x9 pan with parchment and lightly coat it with cooking spray. Leave it aside for now.

Dump sweetened condensed milk into a big pot, set it on medium heat, and stir it frequently while it warms up.

When the milk is hot, mix in the butter, sugar cookie mix, and chocolate chips. Stir until it's completely melted and smooth.

Take the pot off the stove, then mix in a nice handful of sprinkles.

Spread the fudge mix in the lined pan and scatter more sprinkles on the top.

Chill it in the fridge for 2 hours or leave overnight until it's firm. Cut into small squares when ready to serve.
