Blue Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Half a cup of sanding sugar.
02 - Two tablespoons of blue curacao.
03 - Two cups of white chocolate chips.
04 - Two tablespoons of heavy cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop them in the fridge for an hour. Store cold after that.
02 - Use a small scoop to grab a teaspoon of the mix, roll it into a ball, then give it a sugar coating. Lay each on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
03 - Mix in the blue curacao, cover the bowl, and chill the mixture for 2 hours.
04 - Put the chocolate and cream into a microwave-safe bowl. Heat it at half power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each go until it’s nice and smooth.
