Poulet sauté au chou (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 chicken breasts cut into strips.
02 - 1 medium onion, sliced thin.
03 - 1 jalapeño pepper diced small.
04 - 2 cloves of garlic minced.
05 - 1/2 head of green cabbage shredded.
06 - 1 orange bell pepper diced.
07 - 1/2 cup chicken broth.
08 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
10 - Salt and pepper as you like.
11 - 1 tablespoon butter to cook.

# Instructions:

01 - Shred the cabbage, slice up your veggies, and cut the chicken into small strips.
02 - Melt the butter and cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden, then set it aside.
03 - Sauté the onion for 3 minutes, then toss in the garlic and jalapeño for one more minute.
04 - Mix in the cabbage, bell pepper, broth, and the sauces. Let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
05 - Put the chicken back in the pan, mix everything, and heat it for 2-3 minutes. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.

# Notes:

01 - Cabbage should stay a bit crunchy.
02 - Goes well with noodles or rice.
