Chocolate protein pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main items

01 - 40 g of protein powder, suggested in chocolate or vanilla flavor
02 - 250 g of Greek yogurt, either full-fat or low-fat

→ Optional additions

03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, adjust to your preference
04 - 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
05 - Milk of your choice, if the mix needs thinning

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a bowl. Toss in any optional ingredients like cocoa powder, and stir or whisk it all till it’s smooth like pudding.
02 - If it’s a bit too thick, add a splash of milk to loosen it up. Taste it, and if needed, sweeten with some honey or maple syrup.
03 - Dig in immediately or put it in a sealed container and keep it in the fridge for up to 3 days.

01 - If using unflavored protein powder, balance the taste with 1 to 2 tablespoons of maple syrup and extras like a scoop of cocoa powder or a tiny bit of vanilla extract.
02 - Whey protein powder is a great pick since it blends easily and gives a smoother result.
03 - Plant-based or casein protein powders can make the mix extra thick, so consider adding some milk to even it out.
