Chicken and Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup mozzarella, shredded.
02 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - 1 pound of baby potatoes, sliced in half.
05 - 1 pound chicken breast or tenders, chopped into small chunks.
06 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
07 - 1½ teaspoons poultry seasoning mix.
08 - 1½ teaspoons smoked paprika.
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.
10 - ½ cup of creamy garlic parmesan wing sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 400°F and get your baking tray ready.
02 - In one bowl, toss the chicken with a tablespoon of oil. In another bowl, do the same with the potatoes. Split the seasoning mix between the two and coat evenly.
03 - Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking tray and roast them for 20 minutes.
04 - On medium-high heat, cook the seasoned chicken pieces in a skillet for 7-10 minutes until they’re golden. Stir in the butter and garlic.
05 - Mix the roasted potatoes with the chicken. Turn off the stove, pour in the garlic parmesan sauce, and stir to coat. sprinkle the cheese on top, cover, and leave for 5 minutes until melted.

# Notes:

01 - An air fryer works great for potatoes at 400°F for 20 minutes.
02 - Any small-sized potatoes, cubed, will work.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
