Chop the chicken into cubes and chill it with oil, chili powder, curry, salt, and pepper for at least an hour.

Fry the chicken, diced onions, and bell pepper in a heated pan. Stir in the cream just 5 minutes before you’re done.

Slightly wet the rolls and hollow out their centers.

Layer cheddar in each roll, then spoon in chicken filling and sprinkle with mozzarella.

Bake for 10 minutes at 220°C, then switch to grill mode for 2-3 minutes to melt and brown the top.
