Cheese Chicken Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 partially baked bread rolls.
02 - 400g chicken breast fillets.
03 - Half a red bell pepper.
04 - 1/2 an onion.
05 - 2 tablespoons neutral oil.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.
07 - A pinch of chili powder.
08 - Salt and black pepper.
09 - 1 tablespoon thick full-fat cream (30%).
10 - Cheddar slices.
11 - Mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the chicken into cubes and chill it with oil, chili powder, curry, salt, and pepper for at least an hour.
02 - Fry the chicken, diced onions, and bell pepper in a heated pan. Stir in the cream just 5 minutes before you’re done.
03 - Slightly wet the rolls and hollow out their centers.
04 - Layer cheddar in each roll, then spoon in chicken filling and sprinkle with mozzarella.
05 - Bake for 10 minutes at 220°C, then switch to grill mode for 2-3 minutes to melt and brown the top.

01 - You can prepare these rolls ahead of time and warm them up in the oven.
