Mix together sugar, cream cheese, and the egg yolk until smooth.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease your pans. Split up the dough into 16 triangle shapes and spread them out.

Put about 1 tablespoon of the filling mix toward one end of the triangle. Spoon 1 tablespoon of cherry topping on the same spot. Roll dough so the long end covers the filling, and tuck the edges under. Use egg white to brush over the top.

Cook for about 15-20 minutes until they’re golden and crisp.
