Cheesy Sausage Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of sausage
02 - 2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 2 cans of flaky biscuits (10 pieces per can)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Gently combine the sausage with the shredded cheese. Roll into 40 evenly sized balls.
03 - Open up the biscuit cans. Split each biscuit into two thin layers, giving you 40 pieces in total.
04 - Take a piece of biscuit and press it into a greased mini muffin tin cup. Do this for all 40 pieces.
05 - Drop one sausage-cheese ball into each prepared biscuit cup.
06 - Bake for 8–10 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown on top and the filling is bubbling.
