Set your oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.

Gently combine the sausage with the shredded cheese. Roll into 40 evenly sized balls.

Open up the biscuit cans. Split each biscuit into two thin layers, giving you 40 pieces in total.

Take a piece of biscuit and press it into a greased mini muffin tin cup. Do this for all 40 pieces.

Drop one sausage-cheese ball into each prepared biscuit cup.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown on top and the filling is bubbling.
