Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 12 mini sandwich rolls

→ Spices & Flavors

03 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
04 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Toppings & Sauce

07 - 1 tbsp ketchup
08 - 1 tbsp vegetable oil
09 - 1/4 cup pickle pieces
10 - 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded
11 - 1/4 cup mayo
12 - 1 tsp plain mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 375°F to preheat it. Slice the rolls, then arrange the bottoms onto a sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Blend the meat with the dry spices. Make 12 little patties about 2 inches wide. Sear them for 3-4 minutes on each side.
03 - Mix together the mayo, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.
04 - Spread the sauce on the rolls. Add the cheese, patties, and pickles. Place the top rolls on.
05 - Put the tray in the oven for 8-10 minutes. Take it out once the cheese is gooey and the buns are golden.
