Carrot Bacon Goat Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 eggs.
02 - 30 cl of milk.
03 - 150 g goat cheese log.
04 - 300 g carrots.
05 - 50 g flour.
06 - 1 handful of pine nuts.
07 - 6 slices of bacon.
08 - 1 teaspoon curry powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse and peel your carrots, then slice them into thin circles using a mandoline. Steam them for about 10 minutes.
02 - Slice the goat cheese log into round pieces and cut the bacon into small cubes.
03 - Whisk the eggs together with flour, then gradually blend in the milk and curry powder.
04 - Add the carrots and bacon bits to the batter, then evenly pour the mixture into molds.
05 - Place goat cheese slices and sprinkle pine nuts on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
