Salted Caramel Snack (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (9 ounces) of oyster crackers
02 - 1 cup of softened butter (2 sticks)
03 - 1 cup of packed light brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons of vanilla flavoring
05 - 1 teaspoon of salt
06 - Half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment, then scatter the oyster crackers in a single layer on top.
02 - Melt butter in a pan. Toss in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir thoroughly until it's all blended. Let it boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.
03 - Drizzle the caramel sauce over the crackers, making sure every piece is coated. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the top.
04 - Pop in the oven for around 7 to 9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it won't get too dark.
05 - Let the mixture cool all the way down. Break it into chunks and store it in a sealed container to keep it fresh.

01 - Swap out oyster crackers for gluten-free crackers to make this gluten-free.
02 - Everything else in this dish doesn't include gluten.
03 - Store in an airtight container to keep it fresh for longer.
