Set your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment, then scatter the oyster crackers in a single layer on top.

Melt butter in a pan. Toss in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir thoroughly until it's all blended. Let it boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens slightly.

Drizzle the caramel sauce over the crackers, making sure every piece is coated. Sprinkle the salt evenly over the top.

Pop in the oven for around 7 to 9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it won't get too dark.

Let the mixture cool all the way down. Break it into chunks and store it in a sealed container to keep it fresh.
