Buffalo Chicken Roll Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 18 sheets of lasagna pasta.
02 - 2 1/2 cups of creamy Alfredo sauce.
03 - 1 cup of spicy buffalo sauce.
04 - 15 ounces of ricotta cheese.
05 - 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan, split in half.
07 - 2 teaspoons of salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon of celery seasoning.
10 - 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
11 - 3 cups of shredded cooked chicken.
12 - 15 ounces of drained diced tomatoes.
13 - 1/4 cup of fresh parsley.
14 - 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta sheets by following the label's directions. Lay them on lightly oiled baking trays.
02 - Stir together the buffalo and Alfredo sauces. Add half to a greased 9x13 dish or 12-inch skillet.
03 - Combine the cheeses, chicken, tomatoes, parsley, and all the seasonings in a bowl.
04 - Spread the filling on each pasta sheet, sprinkle cheese, roll them up, and stand each roll in the dish. Pour the rest of the sauce on top.
05 - Cover the dish and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Uncover, add more cheese, and broil for 2-3 minutes. Let it sit for about 10 minutes before serving.

02 - Choose ricotta made with whole milk.
03 - Put it together in advance if needed.
