Brie Cranberry Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup chopped pecans.
02 - 1 wheel (8 oz) of brie cheese.
03 - Flour for sprinkling.
04 - 1 tube (8 oz) crescent rolls.
05 - Cooking spray or oil.
06 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries.
07 - 6 small rosemary sprigs, cut into inch-long pieces.

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 375°F. Lightly coat your mini muffin tray with spray. Dust your surface with flour.
02 - Roll out the crescent roll dough and seal the perforations. Slice into 24 small squares and press each into a space in the muffin tray.
03 - Slice the brie into smaller chunks. Put a piece in each dough cup. Add cranberry sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and finish with rosemary on top.
04 - Pop the tray into the oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges turn a rich golden shade.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best right out of the oven.
02 - Yields 24 pieces.
03 - You can prepare everything early, but bake last-minute for freshness.
04 - Whole cranberry sauce is a better pick than the jellied one.
