Beef Tortellini Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One pack of beef tortellini (250-350g).
02 - 450g of beef (sirloin or tenderloin), diced.
03 - Two tablespoons of olive oil.
04 - Two minced garlic cloves.
05 - 240ml of heavy cream.
06 - 100g of grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 120ml of beef broth.
08 - One teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for topping.
11 - Extra Parmesan for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Follow the package directions to cook the tortellini. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat the oil in a skillet, then cook the beef for 5-7 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
03 - Sauté the garlic, pour in the broth, then mix in the cream and Parmesan. Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning.
04 - Add the beef back into the sauce and toss in the tortellini. Stir everything together until well coated.
05 - Top with fresh parsley and some extra grated Parmesan before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Using high-quality Parmesan really boosts the flavor of the sauce.
02 - The sauce should be creamy but not overly thick.
