Brown the ground beef in a medium pan with the seasonings. Drain off any grease and let it cool just a little.

Lightly grease a 10 x 14-inch cookie sheet, then unroll the pizza dough onto the sheet.

Stir the beaten egg and shredded mozzarella together. Toss in the cooled seasoned beef and mix quickly until combined.

Spread the meat and cheese mix evenly over the pizza dough. Roll it into a log like a cinnamon roll, keeping everything on the pan.

Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese all over.

Let it bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden on top.
