Beef and cheese stromboli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package of store-bought pizza dough.
02 - 450g ground beef.
03 - 1 raw egg.
04 - 2 teaspoons of Italian seasoning.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
08 - 1 and 3/4 cups of shredded mozzarella.
09 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let it heat up.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a medium pan with the seasonings. Drain off any grease and let it cool just a little.
03 - Lightly grease a 10 x 14-inch cookie sheet, then unroll the pizza dough onto the sheet.
04 - Stir the beaten egg and shredded mozzarella together. Toss in the cooled seasoned beef and mix quickly until combined.
05 - Spread the meat and cheese mix evenly over the pizza dough. Roll it into a log like a cinnamon roll, keeping everything on the pan.
06 - Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese all over.
07 - Let it bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden on top.
08 - Set it aside for 3 minutes to cool a bit, then slice diagonally into 8 pieces. Serve warm.
