Add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Toss in the garlic and stir for 30 seconds until it smells great.

Mix the pulled pork with the barbecue sauce in the pan. Heat it until warm, then turn off the heat.

Take a slice of brioche, add a slice of cheese, layer some fried onion, scoop on the hot pork, top with another cheese slice, then sandwich with another bread slice.

Spread mayo on the outside of both sides of the sandwich.

Using a clean pan, warm it over medium-low heat.

Cook each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side until it’s golden and crispy.
