Cod with herb butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cod fillets, each weighing about 225g.
02 - 2 tablespoons of softened butter.
03 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
05 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley.
07 - 1 teaspoon of thyme.
08 - 1/8 teaspoon of dill.
09 - 1/8 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
10 - 1/8 teaspoon of salt.
11 - 1 lemon, thinly sliced.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and let it heat up.
02 - Combine the soft butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and all the herbs and seasonings in a bowl.
03 - Use a bit of the herb butter to coat the dish. Lay the cod fillets in the dish and spread the remaining butter on top.
04 - Arrange the lemon slices around the fish fillets in the dish.
05 - Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cod flakes easily with a fork.

# Notes:

01 - The fish should flake easily and its flesh should turn opaque.
02 - You can decorate the dish with fresh herbs before serving.
