Baked Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 1/4 cup Dijon mustard.
03 - 1/4 cup honey.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - A pinch of salt and black pepper.
06 - 1/2 cup chicken stock.
07 - 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
08 - Parsley, chopped (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Move your oven rack to the upper part and set it to heat at 400°F.
02 - Take a 9x13 dish, arrange the chicken inside, and sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over it.
03 - Leave the uncovered chicken in the oven for 10 minutes.
04 - Mix together the honey, Dijon, cornstarch, and chicken stock until smooth.
05 - Cover the chicken with your sauce, put it back in the oven, and bake for 15-20 minutes until it hits 165°F inside.
06 - Drizzle some sauce over your cooked chicken and let it sit for 5 minutes before you dive in. Add parsley for a pop of color, if you like.

01 - Takes just over half an hour total.
02 - Feel free to swap out the mustard type, but it can change how sweet it tastes.
