Set your oven to 180°C to warm up.

Lay the bacon strips in a grid—first four horizontally, then four vertically.

Spread the mustard onto the center of your bacon arrangement.

Dust a little ground black pepper over it.

Set the camembert in the middle and wrap it with the strips of bacon.

Carefully flip the bacon-wrapped camembert so the bottom becomes the top.

Put it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
