Bacon Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of ground beef.
02 - 6 slices of crispy cooked bacon, crumbled.
03 - 8 ounces of cubed cheddar cheese.
04 - Half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 3 minced garlic cloves.
06 - 2 cans of crescent rolls or refrigerated biscuits.
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt.
08 - Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
09 - Quarter cup of melted butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Fry the bacon until it’s crunchy, then crumble it once drained.
02 - In a pan, cook the ground beef with garlic, salt, and pepper until it’s no longer pink. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Pull apart the dough pieces and press each one flat into a small circle.
04 - Spoon the beef mix, place a bacon piece and cheese cube in the center of each dough round. Pull the dough edges together to fully enclose the filling.
05 - Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle Parmesan over. Bake in a 375°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden.

# Notes:

01 - Switch up the cheese types to customize.
02 - Try pairing with a variety of dipping sauces.
03 - Make sure the edges are fully sealed to keep the filling inside.
