Bacon cheese bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
03 - 6 slices of bacon.
04 - 450 g ground beef.
05 - 1 egg.
06 - Lettuce (optional).
07 - Tomato (optional).
08 - Pickles (optional).
09 - 1/4 cup finely chopped onion.
10 - Jalapeños (optional).
11 - Ketchup (optional).
12 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan.
13 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
14 - Mustard (optional).
15 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the beef, cheddar, parmesan, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, egg, and salt and pepper into a big bowl. Stir everything up with your hands or a spoon, but don't overdo it.
02 - Split the mix into 12 equal parts and shape them into balls. Wrap a bacon strip around each one and secure it with a toothpick if it needs to stay put.
03 - Get your oven heating to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the bacon-wrapped balls on it. Bake for around 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon's nice and crispy.
04 - Dish them up while they're warm. You can add extras like lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, jalapeños, ketchup, or mustard, whatever your heart desires.
