Fresh Crispy Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - Half a head of red cabbage
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
03 - A handful of parsley or cilantro
04 - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
05 - 1 lime
06 - Pepper to taste

→ Toppings

07 - Toasted sesame seeds to your liking
08 - Unsalted peanuts to your preference

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the red cabbage thinly and place it in a mixing bowl.
02 - Pour in the lime juice, olive oil, and soy sauce. Add pepper and stir it all together thoroughly.
03 - Cover the bowl and let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the cabbage softens up.
04 - When you’re ready to serve, sprinkle in the parsley or cilantro, sesame seeds, and peanuts. Enjoy!
