Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.

Whisk the eggs with sugar in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix it all together until smooth.

Sift in the cornstarch and stir the mixture well so there're no lumps.

Peel the apples, chop them into small chunks, and stir them into the batter.

Pour the mix into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Let it cool completely, then leave it in the fridge overnight.
