Apple flan yogurt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Four 125g cups of plain yogurt (500g total).
02 - Three eggs.
03 - 120g of sugar.
04 - 75g of cornstarch.
05 - Three medium apples.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 180°C and let it warm up.
02 - Whisk the eggs with sugar in a bowl. Add the yogurt and mix it all together until smooth.
03 - Sift in the cornstarch and stir the mixture well so there're no lumps.
04 - Peel the apples, chop them into small chunks, and stir them into the batter.
05 - Pour the mix into a greased and floured pan. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
06 - Let it cool completely, then leave it in the fridge overnight.

01 - Tastes best when chilled.
02 - Keeps fresh for up to three days in the fridge.
