Tasty air fryer meatloaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf Base

01 - 680 grams of ground beef
02 - 190 ml breadcrumbs
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 125 ml grated onion
05 - 2.5 ml black pepper
06 - 2.5 ml garlic powder
07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 5 ml salt

→ Meatloaf Sauce

09 - 65 ml ketchup
10 - 10 ml Worcestershire sauce
11 - 15 ml packed brown sugar

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, combine the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until they're evenly mixed.
02 - Shape the combined meat mixture into a loaf that's about 5 cm thick.
03 - Put the meatloaf into the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 177°C and cook for 25 minutes.
04 - In a small bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to make the glaze.
05 - Pause cooking at the 15-minute mark, carefully take out the air fryer basket, and spread the sauce over the top of the loaf.
06 - Continue baking for another 10 minutes. Check that it's done by using a thermometer—the inside should hit 74°C. If it hasn't yet, cook for an extra 5 minutes.
07 - Once the loaf is cooked, take it out of the air fryer. Let it sit untouched for 10 minutes. After that, slice and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Use a thermometer to check the meat’s internal temperature for the best outcome.
