Zucchini Tart (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust and Base

01 - One rolled sheet of puff pastry
02 - 90 g of Chavroux goat cheese
03 - Grated cheese - to taste

→ Veggies and Seasonings

04 - 2 medium zucchini
05 - 1 onion
06 - A drizzle of olive oil

→ Flan Mixture

07 - 3 eggs
08 - 150 ml of light cream
09 - Pepper - to taste

# Let's Cook:

01 - Preheat your oven to 180°C. Slice the onion and cut the zucchini into thin rounds.
02 - Heat a pan and sauté the zucchini with a bit of olive oil in it.
03 - Prick the puff pastry sheet with a fork, then lightly bake it ahead of time to avoid sogginess.
04 - Whisk together the eggs and light cream in a mixing bowl. Arrange the zucchini and pieces of goat cheese over the crust. Pour the flan mixture evenly on top.
05 - Pop it in the oven for around 30 minutes at 180°C. Keep an eye on it to make sure it gets golden and evenly cooked.
06 - Let the tart cool down a bit before cutting it. Sprinkle with fresh herbs or more pepper if you’d like.
