Spicy Steak Fajitas (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 to 8 soft tortillas
02 - 2 cups grated Mexican-style cheese
03 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
04 - 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
05 - 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
06 - 1 big yellow onion, sliced thin
07 - 2 pounds of sirloin steak, thinly sliced into strips

→ Seasoning and Marinade

08 - 2 minced garlic cloves
09 - ½ teaspoon chili powder
10 - 1 little spoon of olive oil
11 - ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
12 - 1 tablespoon of lime juice

# Instructions:

01 - Drop the sliced steak into a zip-top bag, add chili powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice, olive oil, and minced garlic.
02 - Seal up the bag tight and give it a good shake so the meat gets covered evenly.
03 - Toss in the onion and peppers, seal the bag again, and shake it one more time to coat the veggies well.
04 - Heat a bit of olive oil in a pan. Pour in the contents of the bag and cook until the meat is done and the veggies are soft.
05 - Fill up your tortillas with the cooked mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top, and add your favorite extras if you like.
