Chili Lime Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Seasoning

01 - 2 large chicken breasts (about 1-1.2 lbs)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
04 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

→ Zesty Chili-Lime Mix

07 - 1/4 cup olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon honey
09 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
10 - Juice of 1 lime
11 - 2 minced garlic cloves
12 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
13 - 1 thinly sliced red chili
14 - A tiny pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients until everything's blended nicely.
02 - Cut the chicken breasts lengthwise, then chop them into bite-sized chunks. Coat chicken in a bowl with spices, olive oil, and about a tablespoon of marinade.
03 - Put olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping once. Spoon some marinade on top during the final minute.
04 - Move chicken to a plate and pour any leftover marinade on top for extra flavor.

# Notes:

01 - You can marinate the chicken ahead of time or cook it right away.
02 - Great for salads, tacos, or as a main protein.
03 - Change up the chili if you want more or less heat.
