Velvet Cheesecake Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One box of red velvet mix.
02 - Ingredients needed as per mix instructions.
03 - 16 oz of softened cream cheese.
04 - 4 tbsp butter, softened.
05 - A half cup of powdered sugar.
06 - 2 cups crushed graham crackers.
07 - 1 tsp vanilla flavoring.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F and let it warm up.
02 - Prepare two 8-inch pans with lining.
03 - Follow the steps on the box to make the cake.
04 - Wait for the cake to cool off fully.
05 - Turn the cake into a fine crumble.
06 - If it’s sticky, spread on a tray and bake for 5-6 minutes at 350°F.
07 - Combine cream cheese, butter, and sugar until light and airy.
08 - Turn the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
09 - Stir the crushed crackers and vanilla into the cheese mixture.
10 - Use a small scoop to portion out and roll smooth balls.
11 - Chill for an hour in the fridge.
12 - Cover the chilled balls with cake crumbs and reshape if needed.
