Cherry Vanilla Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 2 cups of frozen cherries, pits removed
02 - 1/2 cup monk fruit or sugar
03 - 1/2 cup water

→ Latte

04 - 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
05 - 2-3 tablespoons of cherry syrup
06 - 1/2 cup cold brew coffee or 2 shots of chilled espresso
07 - 2 tablespoons of vanilla almond creamer

# Instructions:

01 - Put cherries, sweetener, and water in a pot. Warm it on medium heat while stirring and squashing the cherries. Keep going until the sweetener dissolves and the liquid becomes syrupy.
02 - Pour the liquid through a strainer into a container with a lid. Toss out the cherry solids and let the syrup fully cool down.
03 - Grab a glass filled with ice and pour in as much cherry syrup as you like.
04 - Froth both the almond milk and creamer together if you want, then pour it over the ice.
05 - Finish by adding cold brew or chilled espresso. Mix it all up until you see a pink latte take shape.

# Notes:

01 - Switch to fresh espresso for a hot version instead of cold brew.
02 - Frothing the milk isn’t a must, but it gives a nice texture.
