Put cherries, sweetener, and water in a pot. Warm it on medium heat while stirring and squashing the cherries. Keep going until the sweetener dissolves and the liquid becomes syrupy.

Pour the liquid through a strainer into a container with a lid. Toss out the cherry solids and let the syrup fully cool down.

Grab a glass filled with ice and pour in as much cherry syrup as you like.

Froth both the almond milk and creamer together if you want, then pour it over the ice.

Finish by adding cold brew or chilled espresso. Mix it all up until you see a pink latte take shape.
