Heat your oven to 200°C. Lightly coat the muffin pan with oil so the pizza roses don’t stick.

Spread out the pizza dough and cut it into six long strips, like a bunch of ribbons.

On each strip, spread some marinara sauce in a thin layer. Then, add some slices of mozzarella cheese.

Lay the pepperoni slices so they hang over the edge of the dough strips a little.

Carefully roll up each strip into a rose shape. Don’t stress—it’s the love that makes 'em pretty!

Put the pizza roses into the muffin pan and bake for 15 minutes.

Once baked, take them out of the oven and let them cool a little. Sprinkle some fresh herbs on top if you want.
