Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8-inch square non-stick baking pan with parchment paper so it's easy to lift out later.

Grab a big bowl or use a stand mixer. Start by mixing all the dry ingredients together. Add the eggs, soft butter, and vanilla, then blend it until it forms a smooth dough. Gently stir in the Valentine sprinkles until they're spread out evenly.

Press the dough into the lined pan, making sure it covers the entire bottom evenly, and get it into the edges. Bake for 15-20 minutes. When a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean, it's ready. Cool it down completely before moving on to decorations.

Once cooled, spread a thick layer of frosting on top with a butter knife or spoon. Sprinkle with Valentine sprinkles, then add the M&Ms or candy hearts. Cut into squares (about 2 inches wide) and enjoy.
