Greek Turkey Meatballs Tzatziki (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup fresh dill, finely chopped.
02 - 1 egg.
03 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
04 - 1 lb ground turkey (93% lean).
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs.
07 - 1/4 large red onion, grated.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1/2 tablespoon oregano, dried.
10 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the turkey, onion, and garlic into a big mixing bowl. Toss in the egg, breadcrumbs, oregano, dill, salt, and pepper. Gently combine everything with your hands until it's evenly mixed, but don't overdo it.
02 - Roll the mixture into 14 meatballs, trying to keep them the same size so they cook evenly.
03 - Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Pop the meatballs in and cook for about 7-8 minutes. Turn them often until they're golden brown and hit an internal temp of 165°F.
