Turkey loaf zucchini feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds of ground turkey
02 - Half a cup (125 ml) of panko breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup (65 ml) of milk
04 - 2 beaten eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons of onion powder
06 - 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon of salt
08 - 1 teaspoon of black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
10 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
11 - One cup (250 ml) of feta cheese
12 - Two cups (500 ml) of shredded zucchini
13 - 1 cup (250 ml) of marinara sauce, split in half

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) so it can preheat.
02 - Put milk and breadcrumbs in a big bowl. Stir until it turns into a soft paste.
03 - Toss in the turkey, eggs, seasonings, Worcestershire sauce, feta, shredded zucchini, and 1/2 cup of marinara. Mix it really well.
04 - On a greased, foil-lined baking tray, shape the mixture into a loaf shape.
05 - Spread the remaining marinara sauce over the top of the loaf.
06 - Pop it in the oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
07 - Take it out, cool for 5 minutes, and then slice it up.
