Turkey cranberry balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme.
02 - 1/4 cup of chicken broth.
03 - 1 beaten egg.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of dried sage.
05 - 1/4 cup of melted butter (optional).
06 - 2 cups of stuffing mix.
07 - 450 g (1 lb) of ground turkey.
08 - 1/2 cup of dried cranberries.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Combine the turkey, stuffing mix, cranberries, broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
03 - Make golf ball-sized portions and arrange them on the lined tray.
04 - Brush the meatballs lightly with melted butter if you want them crispier.
05 - Pop them in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, making sure the turkey is cooked through and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Mix in some chopped celery or onions for extra flavor.
02 - Can be made ahead, frozen, and baked when needed.
03 - Great with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
