03 - 1 pound ground turkey.
04 - 1/4 cup chicken broth.
05 - 2 cups stuffing mix.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried sage.
08 - 1 egg, whisked.
09 - Salt and pepper, to your taste.
10 - Cranberry sauce (only if serving with it).
11 - Gravy (just for serving, if you like).

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and let it warm up.
02 - Cover a baking tray with some parchment paper.
03 - Combine ground turkey, stuffing, cranberries, chicken broth, whisked egg, sage, thyme, plus a pinch of salt and pepper in a big bowl.
04 - Shape the mixture into small balls about the size of golf balls. Put them on the tray and brush with melted butter if you're using it.
05 - Cook in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until golden on top and fully cooked through.
06 - Dish up warm, and pair with cranberry sauce or gravy if that's your thing.

# Notes:

01 - You can freeze the uncooked portion to make later.
02 - Want more flavor? Add chopped onions or celery.
03 - Make sure the inside reaches 165°F to be safe to eat.
04 - Stick to dried cranberries so the mix doesn't get soggy.
