Stuffed Turkey Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - About 3 pounds of turkey breast.
02 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - 1/3 cup bacon bits.
04 - 1/3 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped.
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped garlic.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.
07 - 1 teaspoon of rosemary, minced.
08 - 1 teaspoon of thyme, chopped.
09 - 1 tablespoon of parsley, diced small.
10 - 2 spoons of melted butter.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and flatten turkey breast until it's about 1/4-inch thick.
02 - Combine cream cheese, spinach, garlic, bacon, parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
03 - Spread the mixture over the turkey, roll it tightly, and secure it with a few toothpicks.
04 - Coat the rolled turkey with your spice rub evenly.
05 - Put the turkey in the oven for 15-25 minutes, ensuring it hits 160°F inside. Broil for 5 minutes to get some color.
06 - Let it rest a few minutes, brush with extra herb butter, slice it up, and enjoy!

01 - Cooking takes longer if using a bigger turkey breast.
02 - Dried herbs can replace fresh ones.
03 - Tastes best fresh, but warming it gently works too.
