Tuna Orange Ginger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can of natural tuna, 200 g (140 g drained)
02 - 80 g of fresh goat cheese
03 - 1 tablespoon of thick cream
04 - Freshly ground pepper
05 - Salt
06 - 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger
07 - 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
08 - 3 scallions, including green tops, finely chopped
09 - Juice from a small orange (with zest for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Use a fork to mash everything together in a bowl.
02 - Taste and adjust the salt and pepper however you like.
03 - Top it off with some orange zest and chopped scallion greens.
04 - Pop it in the fridge until you're ready to serve.
