Simple Tuna Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Canned tuna - 2 cans
02 - Eggs - 3 pieces
03 - Cream (liquid) - 25 cl
04 - Tomato paste - 2-3 tbsp
05 - Salt - to taste
06 - Pepper - to taste
07 - Parsley - as much as you like
08 - Chives - as much as you like

# Instructions:

01 - Pop open the tuna cans, then drain off any liquid completely.
02 - Throw the tuna, eggs, cream, and tomato paste into a blender or food processor. Blend until it’s nice and smooth.
03 - Add some salt and pepper to your taste. Toss in the finely chopped parsley and chives.
04 - Pour the mixture into a silicone loaf pan, or if you’ve got a regular pan, grease it up first.
05 - Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 40 to 45 minutes.
