Libanese Tomato Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Two pounds of Campari tomatoes.
02 - One large red bell pepper.
03 - Four garlic cloves.
04 - One teaspoon of sumac spice.
05 - One tablespoon of smoked paprika.
06 - Quarter cup of chopped parsley.
07 - Salt and pepper, to your taste.
08 - Four tablespoons of olive oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Chop the tomatoes into wedges and set them aside in a bowl.
02 - Quarter the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stem, and blend it with garlic into a smooth paste.
03 - Blend in the smoked paprika, sumac, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix it all well.
04 - Pour the pepper sauce over the tomatoes and toss it all together. Sprinkle parsley on top.
05 - Allow it to sit for half an hour so the flavors come together.

# Notes:

01 - Works great as a side dish with grilled food or pita bread.
02 - You can make this ahead of time and keep it chilled.
